Presenter: Tony Diercks B.Sc., M.Ed.
Tony Diercks holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Master of Education (M.Ed.), and Diplomas of Teaching and Educational Administration. He has taught in secondary schools in SA for over 37 years, and was a Science Coordinator for 33 years. He has taught Biology and Mathematics at Year 12, Physics at Year 11 and now works part-tim as a lecturer at Flinders University. He has been a member of the SACE Board of SA marking panel for Year 12 Biology examinations for 29 years and is a Life Member of the South Australian Science Teachers Association. Ton co-authored the text 'Biology: Levels of Life' which is currently used in SA, NT and Malaysia to teach the SACE Stage 2 subject.
