Background

The SASTA Conference is expected to attract about 150 registrants and 70 presenters from R-12, from each of the three sectors (DECS, CEO, AISSA). These include teachers and lab technicians plus about 25 exhibitors.
We would like to thank Immanuel College, Credit Union SA, The University of Adelaide, The University of South Australia and Flinders University for sponsoring this event.

  • If you are not a member, we recommend that you join, as an Individual or Institutional Member to receive the conference member’s discount.

Notes

  • Display includes table and 2 chairs, and 1 display board.
  • Set up Wednesday 11 April from 9:30 am - 11:00 am or Thursday 12 April 7:00 am - 8:30 am
  • Pack down Friday 13 April 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
  • The Happy Hour draw each afternoon offers exhibitors the opportunity to personally present a prize and be acknowledged.  Please let Greg Cole, SASTA EO, have your prize(s) by lunchtime on the day.
  • Registration prices includes morning tea, lunch, happy hours and programme.  Where permission has been granted a list of attendees and schools will be included in the satchel. The conference dinner is optional. N.B. It is preferred that Registration fees which include GST are paid online at the time of registering. Alternatively they must be paid by 15 March or the registration will be cancelled.
  • Satchel inserts: Please check with the SASTA office after March 16 to determine the number of registrants before sending inserts.  These are due at SASTA by April 2.  Fee covers the insertion of 4 printed pages (ie. A3 folded to A4, DL, single or doublesided) in each satchel. Maximum weight 100 grams.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations in writing received by SASTA before the closing date (15 March) will be eligible for a refund less an administrative charge of $40.00.  Cancellations received after the closing date will not be eligible for a refund.
