Scientists
trying to find a pattern among the elements had to cope with a few problems.
To start with, some of the so-called elements were really compounds.
The data that they were using was often incomplete and inaccurate. To
add to their difficulties they had not realised that not all the elements
had been discovered. Your
task:
To research the lives of some scientists who played an important role
in the development of the periodic table.
To present your information in an attractive and eye catching way .
To analyse your information and decide which scientist played the most
important role in the development of the periodic table.
Evidence of wide research. Submission of a bibliography.(2)
Information about the scientist.(5)
Opinion about the most important scientist.(3)
