Introduction: Set the scene: We will be designing, building and testing models of balloons, kites, gliders and planes. You will be researching, investigating and recording your activities and presenting them in a portfolio after 5 weeks.

The Austral Shuttle Glider Kits
Students have 3 classroom lessons to build and test their vehicles. Alternative designs and kits abound on internet, however these have been tested and fly well.
