National Science Week Grants Now Open – Apply by 15 May 2025

Funding Support for Science Engagement Events in Schools & Communities

National Science Week (9–17 August 2025) is Australia’s annual celebration of science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine. To help bring science to life in your school or local area, the SA National Science Week Committee is offering grants to support community-led events and activities.

Available Grants

• Up to $3,000 for events and activities in metropolitan Adelaide
• Up to $3,500 for events and activities in regional and remote areas

These grants are ideal for schools, educators, and organisations looking to host engaging STEM-based events during National Science Week that connect students and the wider community with science in creative and meaningful ways.
