Applications are now open for the NYSF Year 12 Program.

The program invites current Year 11 students from across Australia who are interested in STEM to explore future study and career pathways. Participants attend residential sessions in January, where they visit leading STEM facilities, meet researchers and industry professionals, and connect with like-minded peers.

The program is a nine-day residential experience, bringing together students from across Australia to: 

• Engage with leading scientists, researchers and industry professionals 
• Experience STEM in real-world settings 
• Connect with like-minded peers from diverse backgrounds 

The 2027 program will run at: 

• Australian National University (Canberra): 6–14 January 
• University of Queensland (Brisbane): 13–21 January
