The SASTA Annual Conference is expected to attract about 175 registrants and 60 presenters from R-12, from each of the three sectors (The Department for Education, Catholic Education SA and Independent Schools). These include 

  • Science/ STEM teachers and coordinators
  • lab officers
  • classroom teachers
  • pre-service teachers.

If you are not a member, we recommend that you join as a Corporate Member to receive a discount on the exhibition and satchel insert packages – along with the other benefits of corporate membership!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by SASTA before the closing date (15 March) will receive a refund less an administrative charge of $50. Cancellations received after the closing date will not be eligible for a refund.

Promote your organisation & services

Sponsorship

Each sponsor package will feature:

  • Exhibition booth (2.5m x 1.5m) including signage, trestle table with cloth and chair - opportunities for larger and modified areas can be negotiated 
  • Choice of prominent exhibition booth location on floorplan
  • Access to all delegates at morning tea and lunch
  • Company logo and PowerPoint slide advertisement / video (no sound) to be displayed on screens in the Exhibition areas (provided by sponsor)
  • Choice of one of the following options:
    • Lanyard sponsor – lanyards provided by sponsor with company logo
    • Satchel sponsor – company logo printed on conference satchels
    • Keynote presentation sponsor – including a 5 minute speaking spot
    • Morning tea & lunch sponsor – sponsor logo included on all catering tables and displayed on screens in catering area
    • Awards & Celebration sponsor – including a 5 minute speaking spot
  • Your organisation’s logo on the SASTA website including a link to your website
  • Company name and logo listed in conference program
  • Company name listed in the exhibitor passport encouraging delegates to visit your display
  • Opportunity to donate and present a prize during the happy hour draw
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations to the conference including catering for morning tea, lunch and happy hour during the conference.
  • Insert included in the delegate satchel (up to 2 x double sided A4 brochures - larger inserts by negotiation) to be delivered to SASTA Office by Wednesday 15 April (provided by sponsor)

Satchel Insert Only

A satchel insert is an excellent way to reach delegates by providing an opportunity for each delegate to sample your product or learn more about your service.

  • Electronic ‘inserts’ - In line with sustainable practices, SASTA aims to reduce the amount of paper distributed at conferences. To this end, an email including your logo will be sent directly to all delegates that links to valuable resources from the conference – your catalogue, sample files or other electronic documents .
  • Hard copy inserts - Sponsors/exhibitors who wish to provide physical satchel inserts are encouraged to provide useful branded items such as pens, rulers, flash drives, etc. Flyers or brochures to be inserted must be no more than 2 x double sided A4 pages (i.e., no more paper than a single A3 sheet; larger inserts by negotiation)

All material to be included needs to be delivered to the SASTA office by Wednesday 15 April (provided by sponsor).
