Following on from the success of the 2019 Conference and adhering to COVID safe guidelines, we are expecting to attract around 100 registrants and 30 presenters from year 6 - 11 from each of the three sectors (the Department for Education, Catholic Education SA and Independent Schools).

The 2020 STEM conference will bring together science, mathematics, ICT, design & technology teachers, classroom teachers, leaders in education and businesses who are interested in sharing and exploring teaching methods, tools, resources, and related activities for implementing STEM education into our schools and communities.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by SASTA before the closing date (30 October) will receive a refund less an administrative charge of $50. Cancellations received after the closing date will not be eligible for a refund.

Each gold sponsor package will feature:

  • Exhibition stand including trestle table with cloth and chair
  • Choice of prominent exhibition booth location on floorplan
  • 2 minute speaking spot (either before the keynote address or morning tea)
  • Banner on stage during keynote address
  • Your organisation’s logo on the conference website including a link to your website
  • Company name and logo listed in conference program
  • Company name listed in the exhibitor passport encouraging delegates to visit your display
  • Opportunity to donate and present a prize during the happy hour draw
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations to the conference including catering for morning tea, lunch and happy hour during the conference

Satchel Insert Only

A satchel insert is an excellent way to reach delegates by providing an opportunity for each delegate to sample your product or learn more about your service.

  • Insert included in the delegate satchel (provided by sponsor)
    • Electronic ‘inserts’ - In line with sustainable practices, SASTA & MASA aim to reduce the amount of paper distributed at conferences. To this end, an email including your logo will be sent directly to all delegates that links to valuable resources from the conference – your catalogue, sample files or other electronic documents
    • Hard copy inserts - Sponsors/exhibitors who wish to provide physical satchel inserts are encouraged to provide useful branded items such as pens, rulers, flash drives, etc. Flyers or brochures to be inserted must be no more than 2 x double sided A4 pages (i.e., no more paper than a single A3 sheet; larger inserts by negotiation).
  • Your company name in the conference program
  • Your name displayed on the conference website

All material to be included needs to be delivered to the SASTA office by Monday 16 November (provided by sponsor).
