In our 2024 Membership Survey, you highlighted what makes SASTA meaningful:
- 92% of respondents feel they belong at SASTA
- 95% plan to renew their membership for 2025
- 61% would recommend SASTA to a friend or colleague

Celebrating the Impact of Your Membership
In 2024, SASTA welcomed 124 new members, including:
- 24 Primary Teachers
- 24 Country Teachers
Members made up 87% of all event attendees, demonstrating strong engagement across all corners of our community.
We also hosted a vibrant range of member-only events, including:
- Pre-Service Teacher Professional Learning Day
- FuseTec Advanced Surgical Training Excursion
- Networking and Nibbles
- PASCO Datalogger Come and Play Evening
- Members Webinar Series, covering AI, storytelling, gamification and more
Plus, there was plenty of fun—with 263 caps and 128 shirts given away in SASTA merchandise giveaways!
