How do we inspire secondary students to think differently about food, sustainability and future careers? Through resources that combine classroom learning with real-world examples of how vegetables are grown, processed and enjoyed.

The Vegetable High School Education Resources are a suite of engaging, curriculum-aligned educational resources designed for Years 7–10, supporting students to explore vegetables from farm to plate.

The program features six produce-themed teaching units aligned to the Australian Curriculum, an immersive virtual reality (VR) farm tour showcasing modern Australian vegetable production, and a centralised online hub that brings the resources together.

Each component is interactive, cross-curricular, and designed to support teacher delivery across multiple learning areas. A series of prerecorded professional learning webinars is also available.
