Applications are now open for National Science Week School Grants, closing 12 April!

Schools across Australia can bring science to life in 2026 with a National Science Week School Grant! Applications are now open for funding to support hands-on, curriculum-aligned science events during National Science Week (8–16 August 2026). This year’s theme, ‘Seeds of Science: nurturing science for all’, highlights that science is about growing curiosity and knowledge aligning with the United Nations International Year of Woman Farmers and the year of Rangelands and Pastoralists. Agricultural practices are important as are the custodians of this land.
