The Australian National Maritime Museum invites schools to take part in Annual Humpback Day, a free virtual excursion exploring the migration and conservation of humpback whales.

Designed for students from Foundation to Year 10, this live online session connects classrooms with scientists and researchers to learn about whale behaviour, marine ecosystems and current conservation efforts.

Students will hear from experts working in the field, including a live cross to research aboard CSIRO’s vessel RV Investigator, providing insight into real-world marine science.
