Flinders University are offering a Physics Skills Enhancement Micro-credential course (3rd intake) for teachers. The course is open to everyone irrespective of their teaching background.

They have secured 25 fee waiver spots for teachers with the Australian Government funding due to success and impact of our previous intakes.

The next intake will commence on 18th May 2026. The course is online with only two days of in-person attendance for labs held on June 11 and 12. Please find attached flyer with more details here Physics Skills Enhancement Micro credential course

  • Gain confidence using tools of physics to deliver content through hands-on demonstrations and storytelling techniques.

  • Study most of the course in your own time except for the lab component,
  • 5 units of credit that can contribute towards further studies at universities. This course can be a stepping stone to engage with AUKUS and the nuclear industry.
  • Obtain a qualification for promotion, achievement, and advancement.  You will receive a formal Micro-credential badge and certificate from the university on completion.
